What happens if my regular cleaner cannot make it?

A vetted backup covers your booking the same day. We tell you on WhatsApp who is coming, so you are never left waiting at home or finding out when nobody arrives.

How does billing work, and is there a first-clean discount?

Regular cleans are billed on one monthly invoice, so you are not paying cash at the door each visit. New clients get roughly R100 off the first clean. After that you pay the standard quoted rate for your home.

Do I need to supply cleaning products?

No. We run a supplies checklist and tell you if anything on your side is running low. If you prefer a particular product for your floors or surfaces, tell us and we will use it.

What if something is missed or not done properly?

Message the same WhatsApp number you booked on. We review the completion photos, then send a re-clean to fix the missed spot. You never have to confront or manage the cleaner yourself.
