Every cleaner is ID-checked and referenced before she joins the team. We recruit through referrals and community networks and confirm references with previous employers. A small team means we know each person, rather than drawing from an anonymous pool.

### What happens if my regular cleaner cannot make it?

A vetted backup covers your booking the same day. We tell you on WhatsApp who is coming, so you are never left waiting at home or finding out when nobody arrives.

### What if something is missed or not done properly?

Message the same WhatsApp number you booked on. We review the completion photos, then send a re-clean to fix the missed spot. You never have to confront or manage the cleaner yourself.
